Tasmania Vaccine Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What this website collects

• Enquiry form. If you use our contact form, we receive the details you type in (such as your name, email, phone number, organisation and message). The form is run by Netlify, our website host, which stores the submission on our behalf. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.
• Standard server logs. Like most websites, our host may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them later, we will update this policy.

Health information

Please don't include personal health information in our contact form. This website does not collect health information. Needle-free flu vaccine bookings, payment, consent and pre-vaccination screening are handled by Vitavo under Vitavo's own privacy policy, which you can read on the Vitavo website.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and enquiry form (such as Netlify), or where the law requires.

Access, corrections and questions
